Pros
It's a fun and relaxed environment where creativity and forward thinking can flourish. There are times when I don't even believe that I am working there. Not only is the campus beautiful and fun, the spirit of silicon vallley can be felt when walking or biking around. Another great reason to work for Yahoo! are the benefits. I've never worked at a company where the benefits are freater this these. Full health benefits with tons to extra perks and discounts. Last but not least it's so cool to be a Yahoo. It's something not everyone can say but you know everyone wants to be.
Cons
Some downsides may be that we are always being compared to Google by the street, which is very unfair. The business models are very different between the two companies and the only basis we are being accounted for is our search business. There is so much more innovative and exciting things going on at Yahoo! that the street does not give us credit for.
