Pros
This is a company that seems to be turning a corner, however 2014 will show whether new management's initiatives will be bearing fruit or not. There is definitely an energy on the main work campus which hasn't been there for a long time, and people are generally feeling positive.
Cons
The company tends to operate in silos, so much so that information sharing can be difficult, especially for larger multi-team projects and initiatives. This makes it especially challenging for program managers. There is no consistent way to run projects, which further makes it difficult when dealing cross-group.
