Pros
I can honestly say this is one of the best places I've ever worked in my 40 year career. They genuinely care about people and walk the walk when it come to work/life balance. Compensation is good (not great) and benefits are very good. Everyone I have come in contact with during my 6 years here are very friendly. Its a great team environment. Not being a public company has its advantages. Each year's profit/loss does not drive every budget decision and the number of employees to be cut due to profit shortfall. It is a very safe and secure place with great attention for diversity and inclusion. They are in need of bright young people but still value older workers. Hybrid work arrangements with some full-time remote opportunities recently came to be.
Cons
You won't get the large bonus you could earn at a lot of public and some private companies. IT is not huge so job advancement and changes is somewhat limited.
