Pros
Not much work, mostly management have no idea about new technology. Management is get happy if you are better joker or entertainer.
Cons
Too much cooking book on many legal issues of finance and other areas. You have to work 20 years in order to going up the rank. They would rather spend 5 time more on contractors and keep them for longer then full timers.
