Pros
Yamaha is great about growing people. I would highly recommend this place to recent college graduates who need to gain experience in the industry.
Cons
Cost of living has really increased in the area. I think it would benefit YMMC to be more aggressive with the total benefits package they offer. The Atlanta metro area is booming and there is a lot of competition for talent in the area. Also, some departments are understaffed and this requires a significant amount of overtime to be worked.
