Plenty of opportunity to advance or diversify skill set. Management team is very supportive and provides requested resources. Japanese manufacturing lean manufacturing methods are engrained in the culture and workflow.
Cons
Difficult to balance day to day production issues along with year-long projects. Priorities are constantly shifting, however, this is fairly typical of any manufacturing facility.
