      lots of paid holidays. Nice people to work with. Great discounts on all yamaha products. Loan pool to take out available products (boats, motorcycles, atv, etc.) 37.5 hour work week

      Cons

      they pay less than the market average. you can accrue up to 10 days vacation for the first 5 years of being employed there.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
