Pros

Good money, good benefits and straight first shift only for plant 2

Cons

Outdated buildings, outdated assembly line and outdated equipment. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaning in years as well as the building, very dusty and dark. Minimum training to none, heavy work load. No communication on mandatory overtime or if the line will stop early. They do not care about you and treat you as such.

Pros

Fairly stable employment. Room to take on responsibility, regardless of team at the company.

Cons

Middle/upper management has been around forever. They are unwilling to budge on how lots of things have been done in the past. Not alot of room to grow professionally because of this. Benefits are lackluster. Pay is only somewhat competitive, depending on role.
