Fairly stable employment. Room to take on responsibility, regardless of team at the company.

Middle/upper management has been around forever. They are unwilling to budge on how lots of things have been done in the past. Not alot of room to grow professionally because of this. Benefits are lackluster. Pay is only somewhat competitive, depending on role.
