Pros
Marketing hub also for global projects especially in MC ans SC parts of the business, a lot of chance to influence the direction and plans. Very passionate team. The structure is slim and clear so decisionmaking and process is easy to understand and be part of. Less burocratic than other global company HQs.
Cons
Very male-focused and traditional still. Not always a lot of equality and application of same rules to all. Salaries are not high and there aren't benefits to compensate. No remote allowed (officially). Relocation still mainly offered only to people moving from the Yamaha Distributor to HQ, not to "externals".
