Pros
1. People are nice 2. Health Benefits/overall benefits package is awesome 3. You can check out for free all the Yamaha products 4. You can see they are trying to improve on company engagement
Cons
1. Very low pay, it was told “Yamaha will take care of you but won’t pay you” 2. Very little to no direction given, I didn’t even no my responsibilities and guessed what they wanted me to do 3. No training, just learning as you go and people understood that but still needed it done right then and correctly. That provided a stressful environment at times.
