Pros
New joint venture is eager to grow, very bright future for the company. Great people and great learning and working environment. Decent pay, location allows very decent living condition with the salary
Cons
Just became a new joint venture, still in honey moon period. A lot of detail like raise percentage per year is not experienced by us. Hard for us to tell if we like it or not.
