Pros
Peers were nice but some were backstabbing. Good benefits, wage was competitive.
Cons
Controller was uncommunicative, difficult to work with and for and seemed like he knew Everything about Everything... Plant mngr, was always just walking around or gone, seemed like he was above all of us and didn't really do anything.
