Pros
Lots of vacation and holidays, but you can’t use them because of workload. Pay is pretty good Was respected in the Holland area due to formerly being owned by Prince. All Holland tech center employees were offered a position in Novi. Turnover is creating a lot of opportunity to grow with the company. Well, if you are willing to relocate or are from the Novi area.
Cons
They are closing up the Holland tech center. Turnover was bad before, but it is really bad now. Legacy systems are horrible in that they were not fully implemented. Meaning SAP for finance date, and MFG Pro for ops. Their contract review process is Is the worst I have ever seen. The new QAD launch is not going well... from my prospective it appears not enough testing was done before rolling it out.
