Pros
Vacation and competitive start out pay
Cons
The insurance has been getting worse and worse every year. The HR department is a joke and often tells employees that go to them for help, Misleading information, which could eventually result in a lawsuit. They treat their pregnant employees like their 3rd class citizens and disregard their doctors orders. Upper management treats floor workers like their replaceable despite being short 100+ workers for the last 3 years. Almost all 2nd shift floor supervisors have no clue what they’re doing and only got the position because they would be yes men/women. The bonuses are non-exsistant and the company has stopped doing their summer cookouts or anything that could help boost the already low morale. The building itself has no air flow and many people have admitted that the vents don’t work but would rather tell employees that they can go to a cooler shift. In the eight years that I worked there they maybe fixed two vents. There next to no advancement with the company as well.
