Unorganized - Logistics Analyst Yanfeng Employee Review

- Very low standards for who is hired and works there. - Shop floor management is not good so many of the hourly associates take advantage of that and do not follow basic standards and protocols. - Very dirty. Restrooms are never clean. Not even in the office areas. - General lack of care from most people working there. - Too many people that don't work or do their job and are unwilling to learn anything new. This leads to work being heavily loaded on others that do their best.
