A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid wellâdeserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2âday inâoffice schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
