Pros

Good beginner work from home job, flexible hours, don't care about background noise

Cons

None that I have come across. You do basically teach yourself how to do it, but once you get the hang of it its relatively easy.

Thank you for the great review! We are glad that you enjoy the Yardi culture and your role as a Technical Account Manager. Yardi has taken a compassionate and understanding approach to our hybrid work policy, and our current approach is to have employees on-site 1 day per week. This model considers the impact to our employees and allows for flexibility and balance in our personal and professional lives.

Pros

Health benefits, 401k, great culture

Cons

This role was successfully performed remotely for several years, and during that time I actually collaborated with more colleagues across the organization than I do now. The weekly in-office requirement has unintentionally created divisions between teams, as some departments are required to come in while others have much more flexibility. That inconsistency has led to cliques and differing expectations rather than improving collaboration, making the policy feel uneven across the organization. Additionally, it feels as though our salaries haven’t had a “market” increase in years. Things are tight with the economy how it is.
