Pros

The product and sales process is great. REACH by Rentcafé is a fantastic Multifamily marketing product that would be sold alongside Voyager as the foundation and working with other reps for Voyager to sell on Executive Reviews made selling SO much easier.

Cons

I was $200K deep in revenue in my first year well on my way to building relationships to 1 million, and all of a sudden they let me and the Chicago AE go FOR NO REASON! They claimed the most false reason of I didn’t know the product well enough, but gave me a good severance so they knew there was no valid reason to let us go.

Our Sales professionals are provided with fair and clear goals and are coached and mentioned so they can more easily navigate their roles, When an employee is struggling with deliverables and underperforming, we may depend on a performance warning / performance improvement plan (a tool that allows employees who might be struggling in some areas to work towards specific attainable goals in a structured manner, with the support and guidance of their management team). While we are sorry you weren’t a happier employee, we wish you all the best going forward.

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
