Clean, cozy office environment Convenient location

Cons

Top management are mainly Japanese and changes every 5-6 years. Lack of team spirit and low team morale Japanese tend to have a mindset of us versus foreigners. Management desire to be in control, makes decision in an autocratic style, poor listening skills
