      Great working relationship between all the managers, as well as employees. Many employees have been here for a long time, which speaks volumes about the culture at this branch. Great leadership in upper management for the entire Florida region. Company also has a great vehicle reimbursement program.

      Cons

      Tough times of the year, as with any job in the green industry.
