Great Company - District Manager Yes! Communities Employee Review

I really enjoy my career with Yes. I recently was asked, "If you could change anything about the company, what would it be?" I realized that my answer was easy, I couldn't think of one thing that I would change. I have seen company-wide changes that were a direct result of issues that I identified, suggested ways to fix it and ultimately worked with an incredibly supportive Home Office until we had a solution. Yes Communities is a very forward-thinking supportive company that I enjoy working for :)
