Before working for Yes Communities I was working in the business for 11+ years, and if ask which company would I rather work for it would have to be YES COMMUNITIES hands down! I have been with Yes for 8 years and I feel as if my voice matters and the atmosphere is truly awesome, you feel like family. They offer great benefits, good pay and they like to promote within the company, they truly believe in giving back to their employee's and residents. Without a doubt one of the best jobs I've had.
