YES is an organization that truly cares about their employees. They know your name, they value your opinion and most importantly, they value your input and your contributions. It is easy for me to sell this company to prospective employees because I have the best product to sell, my company. This is a culture of employee and customer validation, we are not a number on a balance sheet, we matter. I am here as long as YES will have me!! I am a northern girl and a job offer from YES completely changed my life moving to the south for YES, leaving behind everything I knew or was comfortable with, the best choice I could have ever made, no regrets.
