Not the worst but definitely not the best. - Sales Associate Yes! Communities Employee Review

Pros

When the market is right the pay is good.

Cons

The training needs work. Company seems a little bit like a cult. They are very big on their culture and it’s really not all that. Sometimes it felt like the way they ask you questions is to try and trip you up. As a sales agent you deal with home office a lot and it can feel like they think they are better or their job is more important than yours. The little people matter too, if not more. The ones working in the communities are bringing in the revenue.
