Pros
Currently the pros are great work life balance, decent pay, and benefits. Truly a company that is willing to give back to employees, and the community.
Cons
it will always be the training of the new hires. There should be more of an online training course that lets you work directly in training mode in the actual systems, not The Training Factor, where you just push the right button until you pass. No way for me to move up in the company. Too far out demographically.
