Not having A/C can certainly be a huge frustration, however Corizon does not run the facility. I would suggest letting your FHA know your concern and he/she can speak with Warden/Superintendent to get an update on when services expect to be repaired.
As it pertains to staff turnover, that is certainly a concern worth voicing. We have a concentrated effort, company-wide, to reduce turnover. We have recently reassigned a Vice President of Operations, over the facilities in Phoenix.
