I’m sorry you had a less than desirable experience with Corizon. Since you opted not to list a location, our hands are somewhat tied, in terms of following up on your concerns with management.
Hopefully, you escalated your issues through the chain of command, while you were still on board. Most of our sites have a minimum of a Director of Nursing and a Health Services Administrator. If neither of those were able to address, you could escalate to the Regional DON or your Director of Operations.
We also have a confidential employee compliance line available, for staff that opt to accelerate beyond their contract level. Each site has a designated Employee Relations Specialist as well. I wish things would’ve been better for you, and hope you’ve found fulfillment in your current position.
