Pros
The pay is decent but should be more related to short staffing.
Cons
Poor management, constantly changing HSAs and AHSAs. Critical short staffing. Working multiple assignments during one shift. HR is dismissive of concerns and does not reach out in timely manner. Benefits are for full time employees only. Lack of references for Corizon to YesCare change over. Benefit enrollment is an extremely difficult process. Hostile working environment pertaining to coworkers. There is more agency staff than YesCare staff. No supplies to complete essential requirements during shift, IE wound care supplies, paper for printers, broken office and medical equipment. Must use own sick time for COVID, no covid relief fund for employees.
