We acknowledge the challenges that arose during the organizational transition in Maryland. While we always aim to provide stability and consistency in our operations, it’s important to note that several of the disruptions were influenced by state-specific restructuring and contract dynamics outside of our direct control. As a result, YesCare had to step in quickly to fill critical gaps to ensure patient care continued without interruption—often under difficult and rapidly evolving circumstances.
We recognize that this period created uncertainty for staff and impacted care delivery, and we are actively working to strengthen our internal processes, communication, and leadership support structures across all regions. Your feedback reinforces the importance of strong, unified clinical direction and clear expectations—something we continue to prioritize.
