Avoid investor product team - Anonymous employee YipitData Employee Review

Culture used to be top-notch, but has seriously fallen off, especially in the investor product team Major bloat at the top, with managers/directors who have been at the company for a long time and don't want to leave cushy, fully remote positions, but don't contribute much of substance. Lots of performative behavior rather than looking out for the best interest of the team. This creates unnecessary pressure/stress on everyone below who actually have to do the work. People starting to leave due to low morale.
