- as with most startups, career path could be less certain (which might make it exciting or frustrating)

Good compensation, excellent remote working culture, smart people, and open minds.

Cons

Senior leaders are all long-vested and it doesn't look like any are leaving. As the company grows, they tend to hire from outside for new senior roles, to bring in bigger growth company experience. All this means that there is a ceiling. You really cannot get promoted past Director.
