Typical start-up cons: sometimes too fast-paced; frequent organizational changes; lots of experiments that don't end up successful, which might be frustrating to some; unclear career paths

Good compensation, excellent remote working culture, smart people, and open minds.

Cons

Senior leaders are all long-vested and it doesn't look like any are leaving. As the company grows, they tend to hire from outside for new senior roles, to bring in bigger growth company experience. All this means that there is a ceiling. You really cannot get promoted past Director.
