It's open, honest and live by their values everyday. They care about impact and you get to learn so many useful life/career skills

Cons

The interview process did take over a month but I was kept in the loop consistently with updates which was really nice. Never felt like they forgot about me like at some big firms

Pros

Good compensation, excellent remote working culture, smart people, and open minds.

Cons

Senior leaders are all long-vested and it doesn't look like any are leaving. As the company grows, they tend to hire from outside for new senior roles, to bring in bigger growth company experience. All this means that there is a ceiling. You really cannot get promoted past Director.
