Very ineffective management team. Management is unfair and partial- very unprofessional. Lack of direction in the organization.

Pros

-Everyone I have talked to was extremely nice -I enjoyed the products I worked on -Teams are generally helpful if you can get ahold of them -It seems like they are trying to move the company in the right directions

Cons

-Priorities change pretty often to where dev effort can be wasted -It can be hard to find the right person for the right question, and even then you don't always get a response
