Freedom and flexibility - Top line technology - No dearth of good work - Top performers rewarded and recognized -

Cons

Poor handling of people related issues - expect people to work assuming people dont have life outside work - too stressful often times - lot of work gets done but you never hear how it made the difference bottom line - you survive if you are ready slog it out

Pros

-Everyone I have talked to was extremely nice -I enjoyed the products I worked on -Teams are generally helpful if you can get ahold of them -It seems like they are trying to move the company in the right directions

Cons

-Priorities change pretty often to where dev effort can be wasted -It can be hard to find the right person for the right question, and even then you don't always get a response
