Pros

- Only ONE great National Accounts Manager at the Maryland Heights office - Casual work environment -One particular manager met with his team weekly to figure out areas of needed assistance, how to make an employee better, provide better resources, etc.

Cons

-Turned into a production environment-- 100 calls a day.. please?! - You worked until the job was filled or we beat out another vendor. Multiple vendors I had, I was competing against 30-40 other vendors for one opening competely across the country after a 30-60-90 we find out our resumes weren't even being reviewed?! Talk about a waste.. then I was frowned at for not reaching a certain level in commission. When they brought me on thew knew they didn't have "great" accounts to give me.. so instead I started by getting the rollover or more like the terrible jobs, with incredibly low markups that the other recruiters didn't want... However, I found my manager to be an extremely respectful person, we discussed it was me paying my dues and I kept my head up... The new year rolls around and they are pushing a "production environment" I watched recruiters submit fake candidates, fake subs, and set up interviews for non existent candidates only for the candidate to not show to the interview and the recruiter reaped no repercussion. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE was switching teams.... when they discovered I had another set of skills not being used.. they put me through an interview process with homework, mind you, and from then on coming to work was the worst thing to do. I would constantly turn around noticing Sr. Recruiters stare at my computer screen, having a hand put in my face, told to shut up, I still can't wrap my head around why they wanted me there in the first place. I went to HR when problems started happening and it was "my fault" they were just "trying to help" it was purely miserable. If you believe people are just a number and a dollar amount then step right up... this place is for you.. the amount of turnover while I was there and then after I left was unreal...

Pros

The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

Cons

The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
