      long-term contract role, with no solid expiration date vacation, sick pay, holiday, STD decent pay training available

      Cons

      Contractors don't have full access to Yoh Although there is online training available, there is very limited opportunity for growth - very mundane, routine work My lead really doesn't work hard to try and work with client to get me more challenging work; okay with status quo Pay could be better, no room for negotiation

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
