Good pay, horrible bosses - Scheduling Assistant Yoh Employee Review

The managerial staff is outrageously unprofessional and constantly start drama and pit employees against each other. HR is never any help and when complaints and incidents are brought to the manager’s attention, absolutely nothing is done. The managers also frequently disclose private information to other employees, which of course leads to more drama. I love the job I do and I (for the most part) love my work environment, but that is more so due to the company I am contracted to work for. The handling of writing people up and the firing process all seem to be done out of prejudice and seem to be done depending on how much the managers like or dislike you personally and not to do with performance or behavior. The people who work for Yoh’s parent company, aside from the HR employees, have all been incredibly professional.
