Clean buildings and work areas and the citizens are great.
Cons
The title of this review says it all. This organization went from a 5 to 1 star organization. It didn't happen overnight but began going significantly downhill approximately 7 years ago. Promotions and jobs are awarded primarily by the willingness to say yes to management opposed to the most qualified for the position. Many positions are gifted not competed. Filling positions tends to follow the same mentality. This organization's compensation plan is basically useless without merit raises. The salaries are no longer competitive to adjoining localities and business and the benefits have no advantage over any other comparable employment opportunities. Salary distribution is inverted. The money and perks get consumed by top management or technical positions. Operations has to shoulder the end result. Can't find employees or new employees don't stay long.
