Yotta is the real deal in energy storage and solar

Hefty work burden and very tight timelines

Most of the Engineers are great people, and a pleasure to work with. Cool product with lots of potential.

In my brief time there several of the senior level employees jumped ship (in both Manufacturing and Engineering depts). The pay is below market so that's one reason. So far, there seems to be no plan to replace these people. The "solution" is to try and replace them with current low/mid level employees, or to hire cheap new grads / offshore teams. Neither of these approaches fill the gaps and it shows. In addition, both teams are understaffed in general. For example, at the time of this review they literally have one test Engineer.
