Pros
The employees are as good as there are anywhere. Every function is excellent. I came to Yotta based on mission and probability of success. Employee quality across all functions is as high as I have seen anywhere. I put a lot of time into work. At Yotta, because all the other functions work, I do not feel like I am wasting it.
Cons
The employees set a high bar for excellence in job performance and how they treat people. It is a little intimidating. The management team has a lot of domain experience and I trust their decisions. Since it is small company, one can compare it to a restaurant. In successful restaurants there is a person who looks at every plate served to make sure it will result in repeat customers. At Yotta, that person is the CEO. Sometimes he will not let work go out. He decides by comparing using extensive domain knowledge. If customer acceptance will not be great, the work product does not go out.
