Innovative team of people focused and passionately working to develop products inline with the mission of "energy made simple", purposely contributing their efforts to make the world a better place.

Cons

Constant change is always a challenge for a start up, flexibility is key. If you are willing to put in the hard work to remain competitive and be open to solutions that provide better alternatives, this is the place for you.

Pros

Most of the Engineers are great people, and a pleasure to work with. Cool product with lots of potential.

Cons

In my brief time there several of the senior level employees jumped ship (in both Manufacturing and Engineering depts). The pay is below market so that's one reason. So far, there seems to be no plan to replace these people. The "solution" is to try and replace them with current low/mid level employees, or to hire cheap new grads / offshore teams. Neither of these approaches fill the gaps and it shows. In addition, both teams are understaffed in general. For example, at the time of this review they literally have one test Engineer.
