Pros
The entire recruitment process was very efficient and felt streamlined. After each of the four rounds, I received feedback within 24 hours, which I really appreciated. My recruiter was responsive and helped wrap up negotiations with all stakeholders on a Friday evening, which was a relief going into the weekend. From what I can tell, the engineering culture is great. Everyone is knowledgable, self-starting, and willing to help. I haven't experienced any micromanagement and plenty of meeting-free time for focused work. The team seems focused on not just building a better product, but seem genuinely invested in building better processes and improving developer experience.
Cons
You need to be a self-starter and speak up when you need help or see improvements. The workload can be overwhelming, especially early on, which is normal for a startup. Fully remote work can be challenging, but optional in-person days are plus.
