Pros
Great people to work with, proper management and absolutely friendly atmosphere. The team leads give you freedom to do the stuff the way how it’s more comfortable for you! Few more important pros: working with cutting edge technologies, good career growth, great connection between the executive team and employees despite that company is relatively big (and growing!), good work/life balance.
Cons
In general, there’s nothing worth to mention as every company it goes up and down depending on the situation in the market, so, sure, this affects the employees, too.
