Pros
I am a newcomer to You Appi (YA). The main reason I joined YA was because of its technology. Products and services offered by YA are useful for many people/end-users, not only for companies/brands. I personally receive the benefit of YA’s technology on a daily basis. I salute YA’s corporate culture, from top to bottom, even given my experience in several other companies. YA’s solid teamwork comes with a sense of family. This is very rare in many companies. I believe YA will become even better and stronger.
Cons
Like many companies that are less than 10-years-old, YouAppi must improve its processes and be more organized. Having said that, I see a lot of effort to improve and YA has made good decisions in this regard. Though, there are many who cannot accept change, just like the message behind the book, 'Who Moved My Cheese?' It is a normal and common effect.
