      Good working environment, strong position on market. Depending on project exposure on hi tech. Good work-life balance and career opportunities.

      Cons

      As in typical corporation, small changes may take months to take effects. Senior management pushing their solutions/tools with no good evaluation

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
