      Decent pay, four shift options (Monday through Thursday 10 hour days or Friday through Saturday 12 hour day), clean for a factory job,

      Lots of drama, training is not great, lack of communication about changes from management, strict attendance policy, weekend shift can be inconvenient

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
