Honestly, I cant think of anything positive to say other than the fact that I'm no longer subjected to working there.
Cons
Very poor management within the maintenance team, some managers have a dictator mentality in their role and a gross lack of leadership ability, morale is very low in support groups due to the heinous management styles exhibited with total disregard to employees personal life/work balance, 12 days on- 2 days off. overtime is "mandatory" even when there is no support needed, constant threats of disciplinary action for menial things. By far the least satisfying and worst year and 2 month experience in my 25 years in this career field. Management within the maintenance group has the inability to recognize the talent that individuals possess and bring to the table from outside sources. Some technicians are allowed to level up while others are unjustly scrutinized and not allowed to participate in the program, Participation in the preventative maintenance program is utilized as a incognito form of "punishment". Very unprofessional work environment to say the least.
