      Ability to have Sick Days.

      Cons

      Most leadership is weak. People promoted based upon what their ethnicity can show to outsiders. Zoo monkeys could do a better job. HR in corporate is operated by opinion. Decisions are made by the spaghetti throw against wall method.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
